Used to laugh and call
him names.

They never let

any mayoral games.
like tax cuts!
Then one foggy Election Eve
Dubya came to say:
"Rudolph, with your head
so bright, won't you help my
campaign tonight?"
Then all the mayors loved him
And they shouted out with glee:
money!
